The administration of the Human Talent consists of the planeación, organization, development and coordination, as well as also as control of skills, capable of promoting the efficient performance of the personnel, simultaneously that the way that allows the persons who collaborate in her to reach the individual targets related directly or indirectly with the work.

The management that begins to be realized now is already not based on elements as the technology and the information; but “ the key of a guessed right management is in the people who in her takes part ”. What today is needed is to get rid of the fear that produces the unknown thing and to penetrate into the adventure of changing internally, innovating continuously, understanding the reality, facing the future, understanding the company and our mission in her.
